The headline takeaway: the win cap barely moved (21,100× to 25,000×), but the route to it changed completely. Bigwinboard's reviewers made exactly this point. Correction on the lower bound (Updated). An earlier reading of Goldbet-Indian suggested operators could configure the original down to 90.48%. That figure contradicts every other source in the corpus, none of which document a configuration below 94.50%, and no methodology is given for how a 90.48% build would be produced.
